The All Indonesia mobile application (available for download on the Appstore or Google Play), and there is a web version at allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id. It is an official digital platform of the Indonesian government designed to simplify entry procedures into the country. The application allows travelers to complete an arrival card in advance, replacing traditional paper forms previously filled out on the plane. Its user-friendly interface allows for easy data saving for future use, which is particularly convenient for frequent visitors to Indonesia. After successfully entering all the necessary information, the system generates a QR code that needs to be presented at customs and immigration control in airports or entry ports, speeding up the border crossing process.
Filling out the arrival card in this system is a mandatory requirement for all foreign nationals planning to visit the country.
You can complete the electronic card either at the airport or in advance before departure. Proper and timely submission of the All Indonesia form not only speeds up passport control at the airport but also helps avoid possible delays or issues upon entry.
General Information
The system for arrivals through Indonesian airports and by sea is available in three languages: Indonesian, English, and Chinese. The form can be filled out no earlier than 72 hours before the planned arrival. If you fill it out on-site, before going through immigration control, you can seek assistance from airport staff if needed. If you do not have a smartphone/laptop/tablet, there are computers with internet access available at the airport. Before you start, prepare: a valid passport, a ticket (both ways if you are traveling for leisure), hotel details or accommodation address in Indonesia.

The form consists of four sections: Personal information, Travel Details, Mode of transportation & address, Declaration.
Personal Information
Press the green "Scan MRZ" button to scan the machine-readable zone of your passport (the lower lines with characters). Use the same passport for filling out as you did for purchasing tickets and other immigration procedures. The system will automatically fill in the main information on the form. The more reliable way is to enter the information manually.
Important: If you used automatic scanning, ensure all details are correct.
Passport/Country/Region - select the country of passport issuance from the dropdown menu.
Full Name - verify the correct spelling of your first and last name or enter them manually.

If a family is traveling, first complete the details for the head of the family, then add information about children (button “Add Traveler”).
Travel Details
Enter the planned dates of arrival and departure from Indonesia. Note if your flight arrives the day after departure. Indicate your visa number or KITAS/KITAP, if available.
KITAS/KITAP holders intending to stay in Indonesia should formally indicate a departure date approximately 30 days after arrival.
Mode of Transportation & Address
Mode of transportation - air or sea (AIR/SEA)
Purpose of visit - if you are visiting for leisure, choose HOLIDAY/SIGHTSEEING/LEISURE
Place of arrival - airport or seaport of arrival, for Bali, specify NGURAH RAI AIRPORT.
Type of Air Transport - typically this is a commercial flight, occasionally a charter or government flight.
Flight name - the name of the airline, e.g., TURKISH AIRLINES.
Flight number - if you have a layover, specify the flight that arrives from the third country into Indonesia.
Choose the type of accommodation and indicate the name of the hotel or private residence address. The immigration office nearest to your residence will be automatically loaded.
Declaration
Health Declaration
If everything is in order, tick “No”. If you have any symptoms: cough, fever, running nose, shortness of breath, skin lesions/rush, sore throat, swollen lymph nodes, tick “Yes” and mark them with a checkmark. List the countries you have visited in the last 21 days before arriving in Indonesia.
Quarantine Declaration
Declare items subject to quarantine control if any: plants, animals and their parts, including fresh or dried fruits and vegetables, seeds, and seedlings. In some cases, a phytosanitary certificate or animal health certificate is required.
Customs Declaration
Enter the number of luggage pieces. Declare items that must be reported (alcohol, cigarettes, medications). If there are any, add them through “Add Item”.
Mark “YES” if you are carrying phones and tablets for use within the country (for IMEI registration), laptops, and other items.
Tick “I confirm that the information provided is correct” and click Submit. A QR code will be sent to your email, which you need to show during passport and customs control at the airport.
After Filling Out
Check all the information again, confirm submission, save the QR code, and present the confirmation during immigration control.
