New Unified Digital System Rolls Out at Bali Airport

The Minister of Administrative Reform, Rini Vidyanatni, personally inspected the international airport Ngurah Rai to evaluate the practical implementation of the All Indonesia application and to ensure that the services are available to all passengers. The system was tested directly in the terminal, observing its operation in real-time.

Special attention was given to the process of serving international travelers: ministers followed the entire route—from inputting data in the application to exiting through the e-gates. "Bali is the country's main air gateway, so the level of service here must be impeccable," Uno emphasized.
The inspection results confirmed that immigration, customs, quarantine, and security procedures are indeed unified into a single digital system. Tourists only need to enter their information once.

Minister Vidyanatni specifically noted that the commission checked the service's availability for elderly passengers, people with disabilities, and families with children. Digital terminals are configured to meet different needs, and airport staff have been trained to assist those who are unsure about using technology.
As of July 2025, the average time for completing formalities has been reduced by about 60%, and lines during peak hours have almost disappeared. Initial traveler feedback confirms: digitalization has significantly improved the arrival experience in Bali.
