Indonesia to Launch Single Mandatory Entry Form for All Travelers

On July 24, 2025, at Soekarno-Hatta Airport in Jakarta, testing of All Indonesia — a digital declaration replacing four mandatory paper forms: immigration, customs, medical, and quarantine (only for those bringing in plants/seeds or animals) — was launched. It takes less than three minutes to complete and is available three days before arrival on the website allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or in the mobile app.

The pilot will last until the end of August. Currently, the system is used only by Indonesian citizens flying Garuda Indonesia through Jakarta, Ngurah Rai in Bali, and Juanda in Surabaya. By mid-August, all airlines and foreign passengers will be connected.
Before granting access, developers conducted vulnerability checks with cybersecurity agency IT specialists, performed stress tests, added protection against app cloning, and backed up data in national data centers. Immigration Minister Agus Andrianto emphasizes: the goal is to speed up entry without compromising security controls.
Authorities are collecting feedback from the first users to refine the service's interface and logic. If everything goes as planned, passengers can expect the disappearance of long queues in arrival halls. In the long run, this should strengthen Indonesia's position as a regional transport hub.
