Before travelling to Bali, you now only need to fill in one online form instead of several separate declarations.

All Indonesia brings together the information required by the immigration, customs, health and quarantine authorities, including the electronic customs declaration (e-CD).
The new system was introduced in Bali on 1 September 2025, and from 1 October it became mandatory for all travellers arriving in Indonesia from abroad.
You can fill in All Indonesia free of charge on the official website allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or in the All Indonesia app, no earlier than three days before arrival. Once you submit the form, you will receive a QR code that you will need when going through border control.
What you will need to fill it in
Have the following ready in advance: your passport, flight details, your dates of entry into and planned departure from Indonesia, the address where you will stay first, and your visa, KITAS or KITAP number if you have already obtained the document.
The Personal Information section asks for your passport and contact details. You can enter them manually or read them using Scan MRZ. After automatic scanning, be sure to check your name, passport number, date of birth and passport expiry date.
If you are travelling with family or a partner, you can add the other members of your party using Add Traveller.
Trip and flight details
In Travel Details, you enter your dates of entry and departure, as well as your visa or residence permit details, if you have one.
Next, select how you are arriving and enter your flight information. If you have a connection, enter the last international flight that arrives directly in Indonesia. For example, on a Paris — Dubai — Bali route, you should enter the Dubai — Bali flight.
For accommodation, the address of the first hotel, villa or other place where you will stay after landing is enough.
Health, quarantine and customs declarations
The final part of All Indonesia contains three sections.
Health Declaration includes questions about symptoms and the countries you have visited in the last 21 days.
Quarantine Declaration covers animals, plants, seeds, fruit, vegetables and other products that may be subject to quarantine inspection.
Customs Declaration is the customs declaration that travellers previously filled in separately via e-CD. A separate e-CD is no longer required when flying into Bali.
What you need to declare
You do not need to list ordinary personal belongings such as clothing, footwear and travel items.
Among other things, you must declare goods worth more than the duty-free allowance of $500 per person, cash and other payment instruments totalling 100 million Indonesian rupiah or more, commercial shipments, and goods subject to import restrictions.
An adult passenger may bring in duty-free up to 1 litre of alcohol, plus up to 200 cigarettes, 25 cigars or 100 g of tobacco. There is an age restriction on bringing in alcohol: you must be 21 or older.
If the value of personal goods bought abroad exceeds $500, duties and taxes are calculated on the amount above the limit.
Phones and tablets need particular attention. If you are staying in Indonesia for up to 90 days, you usually do not need to register the IMEI with customs: you can use roaming or a tourist SIM card. If you plan to use a device bought abroad with an Indonesian SIM card for longer, you will need to sort out IMEI registration with customs.
What to do with the QR code
After checking your details, tap Submit and save the QR code you receive. It is best to take a screenshot so you can access it even without an internet connection. You do not need to print the document.
If you were unable to fill in All Indonesia in advance, you can do it after landing, but it will take extra time at the airport.
If you spot a mistake after submitting, you can find your form via Retrieve Arrival Card and try to edit the details via Change Data. It is best not to leave errors in your passport information or in the details of declared goods uncorrected.
Take particular care when filling in the customs section. Undeclared cash of 100 million rupiah or more is subject to a fine of 10% of the amount, up to a maximum of 300 million rupiah.
Important before you travel
All Indonesia is not a visa and does not replace one. For a short holiday, you can use a suitable Visa on Arrival, and for a longer stay you should obtain the appropriate visa in advance, such as C1
