Jia CURATED Design Festival Returns to Bali

Jia CURATED, a festival of design, craft and art, will take place from 13 to 17 August at Pengembak Beach in Sanur.

The 15 thousand-square-metre site among pine trees and mangroves will host more than 150 participants and over 250 brands. The festival will be open from noon until ten in the evening.

500 Baby Turtles Released into the Ocean at Kuta Beach

500 olive ridley turtle hatchlings (Lepidochelys olivacea) were released into the ocean at Kuta Beach on 29 July.

Hundreds of foreign tourists took part in the release, while the Kuta Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center had raised the hatchlings from eggs.
