A stylish coffee house with good coffee and its own pastries.
Come up to the second floor, it's magical, especially the “intimate” space behind the curtain. Comfortable for work as well as just coffee sittings. Nice guys work here, can tell you a lot about coffee, and will make delicious coffee to your liking. Just tell the barista what flavor you prefer - my wish, light and sweet, with a fruity aroma and aftertaste, was fulfilled. You can try real Luwak coffee, purchased from one of Bali's “non-tourist” farms, where they support the production of this coffee naturally, i.e. cute civets do not sit in cages, but live in freedom and eat on their own, choosing the best beans. Local farmers go and collect the “leftovers” and produce one of the world's most expensive coffees from this. The process is labor intensive and long, hence the high cost, a cup costs about 100k and a 200g pack of coffee can be bought for 700k. Real Luwak is not made on an industrial scale, it is an elitist product, and this also affects the price.
All coffees are produced in-house, the main stages of coffee creation, from purchasing to roasting and packaging are done by themselves. Coffee beans are purchased only from local farms Kintamani and Singaraja, thus helping Balinese farmers. Participate in supporting one of the northern regions of the island, Muntigunung. This program was created to educate children, and to help adults, to train, provide jobs and all the necessities of life, including drinking water, precious for those places. In the coffee shop you can buy products that are produced in the region - cashew nuts, rosella tea (Balinese hibiscus), palm sugar, etc., as well as the coffee shop's own products, including different types of coffee, pastries, different sweets. They have a special product - specialty cold coffee/Bali cold brew, it is not our usual ace coffee, but something like a tincture, has a fairly strong flavor, tonic and invigorating, try it. It is sold in bottles of two sizes - small and large.
You can eat here too, there are breakfasts, I can't say anything about the food, I come here for a cup of coffee and a muffin. Taxes are 15%.
What to try?
1. Coffee to your taste!
For tea drinkers, there is a great tea, black Javanese tea.
2. Cupcakes, always fresh and homemade--
banana, apple-ginger, and carrot.
3. chocolate-coffee cookies, they are eggless, vegetarians can have them.
