The cafe with the most unusual and creative design in Ubud!
Pros:
- Extravagant design and “boudoir” interior fully justify its name, here you want to laze and purr, take a book and read or just silently watch the bustling Ubud life from the balcony. You can work (stable wi-fi), but you don't want to:)
- relaxed and creative atmosphere; also a photogenic place for your selfies, especially popular creative “entrance”. A party place in the evening - music, cocktails, trendy crowd
- Vegetarian and vegan menu; very good coffee. Accessible and clear menu with photos. Quality prepared food, although the food is light and portions are small, if you're hungry order multiple entrees. Homemade desserts. Creative serving dishes that require an immediate foodphoto
- Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails. Closed on Mondays, working cats need a vacation too)
Cons:
- 16% tacs to prices
- menu doesn't label options: vegan, gluten-free, etc.
What to try?
1. Eggs/ omelets.
It seemed like everything had been invented a long time ago, what else can you imagine with eggs! Turns out, you can.
Coco Mint Mash - if you need a sunny food photo or just a smile on your face
Eggs any style - also creative and more nourishing)
2- Pancakes!!!
There are so few places that have delicious and properly prepared pancakes. LazyCats has exactly that. Fluffy, like American pancakes. Chocoholics and coladas are good).
3. Taboule salad.
Middle Eastern Taboule salad with hummus and homemade pita. Unusually utilized and served!
4. Bbq tofu bowl - vegetable bowl with couscous and tofu. The most hearty dish here, perhaps.
