We traveled from Nusa Penida to Bali by ferry on Sunday. We bought the tickets at the Nusa Penida Ferry Terminal. The ticket office opened at 6:30 (scheduled to open at 7), boarding began at 7:30, and we departed at 8:20. The return trip costs slightly more - 117,000 for two people plus a scooter.
I've attached the schedule, which is also displayed on the ferry.
