The Denpasar Immigration Office has opened a temporary service point at Plaza Renon shopping centre. It is located on the 3rd floor, next to the cinema, and is open on weekdays from 10:00 to 16:00.
The service point will receive visitors until 10 July 2026. Foreigners can submit documents there to extend their stay permit.
There is a separate quota for foreign applicants — 25 applications per day. You need to take a queue number on site before 11:00. The Immigration Office asks applicants to check the list of documents required for the relevant service in advance. If the document set is incomplete, the application may not be accepted.
The new service point may be convenient for those living in Denpasar and Sanur. However, it is not a full replacement for the main immigration office: the service is temporary and accepts a limited number of applications per day.
