Atmosphere:
You will fall in love with Sundara Beach Club instantly.
The beach club (although I can't bring myself to call it that) belongs to the Four Seasons Jimbaran hotel, but is open to everyone. And everyone should stay here for at least a few hours - Sundara is, without a doubt, the best place in this part of the island.
Smiling reception staff, a pond with lotuses, tropical flowers, white umbrellas over spacious daybeds (soft beds instead of sun loungers), a dark blue 57-meter pool with water at the perfect temperature, from which there are steps to the hotel beach with perfectly clean golden sand.
Sundara in Sanskrit means "beautiful", and this word perfectly characterizes this magical place. Restrained, calm, light interior, long pool literally sparkling with dark blue color, quiet rustling of trees, tropical flowers, cold water with orange ice cubes – isn’t it perfect?
Prices for sunbeds start from 980,000++, for daybeds – from 1,200,000 (deposit, water and towels).
In the evening, the space is filled with the sounds of live music, candles are lit on the tables and an unforgettable view of the bright red sunset opens up from the restaurant, and with the onset of darkness – of the ocean shore colored with bright lights.
Cuisine:
On the second level of the beach club is the Sundara restaurant, open for lunch (from 11:30) and dinner (the evening menu is available from 17:00).
The menu is divided into several sections: Chilled – cold appetizers, Casual – dishes for every taste, from pizza to burgers and nachos, Hot – hot dishes and desserts.
Everything is delicious :) For starters, we recommend trying Cauliflower Tabouli – a cauliflower tabouli salad with pomegranate, mint, cashew chili and hummus. Served with gluten-free rice bread, which is baked especially for the establishment.
You can continue with a light but filling (and incredibly healthy) Quinoa Salad – a quinoa salad with avocado, cucumber, pomegranate, smoked tofu and tangerine dressing.
Now – to the main courses. An excellent burger of quite a man’s size with mahi-mahi fish with homemade onion mayo, spicy tomatoes and arugula.
There is a burger with beef and a vegetarian one – with halloumi cheese.
Pizza on the thinnest crust: there is with chicken, seafood and Mexican – with avocado, meat filling and sour cream.
And, of course, fish! Jimbaran is famous for the best seafood on the island.
Try the steamed sea bass with bok choy and coriander: tender fish meat, slightly salty soy-ginger sauce... You won't be able to tear yourself away.

You can come to Sundara only for cocktails. And to give tours))
Try the signature ones: Bloom of Sundara based on vodka, passion fruit and lemon, spicy Wasabi Martini based on martini and, believe it or not, wasabi ;)
If you want something stronger, be sure to try the Scented Negroni, flavored with natural organic rosemary.
