An atmospheric restaurant with fusion style cuisine.
Walking into the restaurant through the traditional Kori gate, as if through a portal, after a little crazy tourist Kuta, you get into another world - a world of calm and relaxation. Kori is the Balinese name for the gate or entrance to the temple, and it gave the restaurant its name. The entrance is really impressive, and so is the restaurant, which is drowned in greenery and filled with water elements. There are even fish and turtles:)
Stylish space of the restaurant consists of several halls located on 2 floors, you can choose a table to your liking. The most popular tables are in separate gazebo gazebos, they are few and require prior reservation if you want to be guaranteed to sit there.
The menu is fusion: Indonesian, Asian, Indian, European cuisine, the emphasis is on interesting combinations of products. There is a special menu that changes every month. There are vegetarian dishes, and some meat dishes can be made vegetarian. Every day they bake fresh bread, different kinds, a bread basket can be divided for 2-3 people. To the prices + 15% taxa. What to try?
1. Kori Chef Jaya's sate - chicken and beef kebab with rice, Urap vegetable salad and 2 sauces. Can be ordered as an appetizer or as a main course, the difference is in the portion size. Very spectacular serving of this dish!
2. Singapore Chili Crab - fresh crab cooked with sauce and spices, served with rice
3. Seafood Chowder - soup with mussels, shrimps, tuna and squid, served with garlic toast and pesto
