An excellent gourmet restaurant with exquisite vegan cuisine!
In the last few years, proper nutrition has reached a new level of development, now it is the best and safest medicine, nourishing and saturating not only the stomach, but the body as a whole. Interacting on all levels - physical, emotional and spiritual. Living food/live food is an approach based on the use of only plant and raw ingredients, unprocessed and unrefined. These are whole grains, root vegetables, vegetables and fruits, greens and herbs, nuts and seeds. The cooking process is as simple as possible and allows you to preserve vitamins, minerals, enzymes (enzymes) - the food remains raw, cooked at low temperatures or using a dehydrator. The result is a life-giving, healing nectar, self-healing for any person, even if you are not a vegan or raw foodist.
The Sakti Dining Room restaurant follows this beneficial path. A team of professional vegan chefs carefully creates each living dish combining plant and seasonal products, new technologies and high art. Full control over the preparation and cooking of ingredients. The miracles happening in the open kitchen include sprouting, fermentation, preparation of life-giving elixirs, and magical mixing. This is an exciting adventure into an unusual world where everyone can touch the magic of taste, regardless of culinary preferences. Perfectly balanced taste of each dish, light but satiating food.
Sakti is the culinary height among vegan/raw food restaurants, a new level for all gourmets. I recommend trusting the chefs and choosing the chef’s tasting menu, including 3/5/7 courses and a welcome elixir. Or indulge yourself in a tea ritual with a tempting dessert menu and signature tea blends, such as the unexpected Apah roselle (hibiscus)/coriander seeds/sencha or Bayu white tea/cardamom/mint. For children - a special and healthy menu is available.
The restaurant is located on the territory of the unique eco-complex FiveElements, which includes luxurious (but eco!) villas, a wellness retreat center (meditation, yoga, spiritual practices, healing, ancient Balinese ceremonies), a spa complex (care rituals with live "cosmetics" from fruits, flowers and herbs, spa programs). The famous Balinese fire/Agni Hotra and water ceremonies are a special sight. An absolutely peaceful atmosphere around - Balinese jungle, the Ayung River, a natural waterfall. The design and interior of the complex are completely made of natural materials. Wood, bamboo, rattan, stone reflect the naturalness of nature itself, in whose company we feel most harmonious and calm. Mystically romantic in the evening. Real magic!
