Place.
A gathering point for Ubud bibliophiles. "Izba-reading room" is located next to one of the most beautiful walking paths in Ubud - Campuhan Ridge Walk. A quiet and comfortable place for work with stable Internet, many come here to work and read. There is a large library with books in different languages (Russian was also found). On weekends, various events are held - "reading clubs", concerts of local musicians, tastings, etc. (you can see the information on the website or on the FB page). The signature view is the jungle and riot of greenery, a beautiful Balinese temple, the sound of the river and the singing of birds. A peaceful atmosphere. Relaxation can only be disturbed by curious monkeys, they very rarely wander here.
The sign from the street is not very noticeable, the landmark is ANI’s VILLAS, opposite the restaurant Bridges, then go down into the gorge following the signs. Private parking is far from the cafe, I parked under a canopy opposite Bridges.

What to try?
1. Soto Ayam Indonesian chicken noodle soup. Thick, hearty, and not spicy (in other places it can be spicy). Serve with white rice and lime. Squeeze the lime into the soup. If the soup is spicy, add rice, it reduces the heat :)
2. Karedok Salad. Everyone knows the most famous Indonesian salad Gado Gado. But there is a "raw" Karedok - the set of vegetables for this salad is slightly different and the vegetables are completely raw, not blanched or boiled like for Gado Gado. Dressed with peanut sauce.
3. Tuna Bakar Sambal Matah. Grilled tuna fillet with white rice, vegetables and Balinese Sambal sauce (moderately spicy).
