A Balinese restaurant where you can get a quick and inexpensive bite to eat in Seminyak.
The restaurant is quite nice and big, in Indonesian style. Nice individual gazebos in a small garden. The place is clean and quiet. They don't have a menu, they offer only one dish - traditional Indonesian rice with Nasi Champur additions. The portion includes: white rice, vegetable salad, one chicken kebab, a piece of steamed chicken, chicken broth, vegetables, chicken heart, roasted peanuts, sambal sauce and half an egg, all for 40k! Very cheap for this neighborhood and such a decent place. The drinks are fruit juices for 25k, mixed fruit for 30k, and various local medicinal drinks made of turmeric and other local roots, quite original flavor, worth a try for the sake of interest. There are the standard tea/coffee, water, coconut, and beer. You can order other dishes from the neighboring restaurant on the menu, a large selection, including local, Thai, and European cuisine, but the prices are already touristy)
The staff does not speak English at all, but the local visitors were happy to help, explained and translated everything, ask the locals in the extreme!
