The time difference means every World Cup match has kicked off in the middle of the night for fans in Bali. But a tournament that comes around only once every four years is worth staying awake for.

To match the excitement, many sports bars across the island have extended their hours so supporters can watch the action live. The 2026 World Cup final between Spain and Argentina begins at 3:00 a.m., from Sunday into Monday. We’ve rounded up the best venues where you can catch the biggest game of the tournament surrounded by fellow football fans.

Canggu

One of the most popular sports bars in central Canggu. There are more than enough screens and tables, the atmosphere is lively, and Guinness is available on tap. However, booking a table for the final would be a good idea.
Booking terms: minimum spend of 250k per person. You must also take your table no later than 1:00, or the booking will be cancelled
A spacious place in Berawa that is open around the clock. It has plenty of screens, a wide selection of beer, and a full menu of European and Asian dishes. A good option for large groups.

A classic and very popular sports bar on Batu Bolong. It has a cult following among fans and the atmosphere of a traditional pub, with sports constantly shown on large screens.

A stylish restaurant on the Shortcut serving modern Asian cuisine and a good selection of cocktails. It is more suited to an elegant dinner than football, but the restaurant has decided to show live matches during the World Cup.
Terms: no booking required
Another relatively small sports bar in Berawa. The atmosphere is simple and unpretentious, with cold beer and traditional snacks.
The bar recommends reserving seats in advance, but says the booking terms will be announced later.
If you arrive early, you will most likely find a seat.

Seminyak/Kuta

One of the largest sports bars in Kuta, with numerous large screens. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes, from classic Australian pub snacks to popular international cuisine. Prices are above average. A juicy burger will cost almost 200k.
But if you are a fan of rare imported beers, do not expect a wide selection.

The deposit can be redeemed in full for 2 bottles of beer or 2 soft drinks.
An upmarket venue with a great atmosphere in Seminyak, overlooking a rice field. There is only one screen, but it is very large. The programme will begin well before kick-off, with a set by a guest DJ starting at 22:00
Terms: to book a table, you must pay 50% of the deposit in advance.

One of the best-known and most popular sports bars in the heart of Kuta. This spacious two-storey bar is designed specifically for sports broadcasts, with plenty of large screens, high-quality sound, and a huge international crowd of fans. The menu features classic pub food, burgers, and a wide selection of cold beer.

Bukit

A popular and cosy pub in the Uluwatu area. It has the atmosphere of a classic European pub, with good sound and a good selection of beer.

A popular sports bar on the Bukit, near Padang-Padang Beach. It is fully equipped for sports broadcasts, with screens everywhere and an international crowd of fans creating a great atmosphere during matches.
Terms: advance bookings are already closed. Walk-ins will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis, but arriving early is recommended
A large sports club in Jimbaran where you can combine watching the match with a game of billiards. The venue is spacious, food and drink prices are very reasonable, and the screens are ideal for watching matches.
Booking terms:
-blue table with a sofa: 350 000 rupiah (for 5 people)
-square table and high table: 250 000 rupiah (for 4 people)
The full booking fee is credited towards food and drinks as a deposit.
A small and cosy local café in the Balangan area. It is a quiet place with a homely atmosphere where you can watch the match if you live nearby and do not want to go to a noisy bar.
Terms: minimum spend of 100k per person. Groups are required to pay a 50% deposit

Ubud

One of Ubud's main nightlife venues, located near Monkey Forest. It has a separate sports lounge with excellent screens and powerful sound, so major sporting events are regularly shown here.
Terms: to be announced soon. They also promise to open the Club Lounge and a second venue, ORYn, which is literally next door. So there should be enough space for everyone who wants to come.

A legendary venue in central Ubud with a huge open-air area, live music, and billiard tables. The bar traditionally stays open until morning, making it one of Ubud's main spots for late-night broadcasts.

A lively and relaxed rock bar in central Ubud. Prices are very affordable. The menu includes both traditional beer snacks and Indonesian dishes. The beer selection is limited.

Sanur

A popular Australian-style sports bar. Space is fairly limited. There is one large screen behind the bar and several smaller plasma screens in the main area.

A legendary venue and one of the oldest in Sanur. It is a spacious pub in a classic European-American style, with a wooden interior, billiard tables, and darts. It has plenty of capacity and is well suited to large groups. Most of the clientele are older Australians. The venue's Instagram page says it serves the best steak in Sanur.
Terms: no booking required
A classic sports bar conveniently located right on Sanur's main tourist street. It most often shows American football, so the crowd is predominantly Australian. The menu includes Italian cuisine, burgers, and fish. As in most pubs in Bali, the beer selection is limited.
