From July 14 to July 27, 2025, the traffic police in Buleleng conducted the 'Patuh Agung 2025' operation aimed at improving road discipline. Over two weeks, officers issued 3,339 fines. The main offenders were teenagers on motorcycles, riding without helmets and installing 'loud' exhausts.

Violations were recorded in various ways: through the ETLE electronic penalty system, manual tickets, and verbal warnings.
During the operation, there were 18 serious traffic accidents, two of which resulted in fatalities. The police now plan to map dangerous areas, place warning signs, and expand road safety education programs.
'Road safety is our collective responsibility. We ask all drivers to follow the rules and set an example for others,' emphasized Buleleng's traffic police chief, Baktiar Arifin.
The raid is part of the regional 'Operation Obedience' campaign. There were 19,587 reported violations across Bali. More precise figures will be announced by the police after August 1.
