It's a broad range of approaches and visual languages — from more traditional paintings and narrative works to experiments with materials and techniques. Human stories, empathy, social experiences, personal insights.
One of the most talked-about exhibits is a portrait of President Prabowo Subianto. Artist Nyoman Antara brought it to the exhibition: it’s not an oil or acrylic painting but a collage made from colorful fragments of old foreign magazines.
According to the author, he first sketches the outline of the figure, then selects and glues pieces of paper to form the face, clothing, and details. The work was completed in about a week and was commissioned by the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

The artist emphasizes that he did not intend to convey a political message.
Antara is also showcasing another work there — the Bali Dancer collage. The author is developing this technique as 'recycle art': the material used is paper that would ordinarily be discarded. The challenge lies in finding the right tone, as the 'paint' cannot be mixed and must be literally searched for on the magazine pages.
