Paradisus by Melia Bali has officially been unveiled in Nusa Dua. It is a relaunch of the former Melia Bali Hotel after a major renovation.
The Melia Bali upgrade began back on 10 October 2024. A subsidiary of Surya Semesta Internusa received a loan of around IDR 1.4 trillion for the refurbishment.

The company says this opening marks the brand Paradisus’ first arrival in Asia. Previously, the concept was known from Melia resorts in Europe and Latin America.
The main feature of the new concept is all-inclusive. The hotel description mentions accommodation with meals, daily activities, a cultural programme, and personalised services.
The hotel also has dedicated areas for different guests: The Reserve for adults aged 16+, and Family Concierge for families. Facilities listed include restaurants, bars, pools, direct beach access, a kids’ club, family rooms, and event venues.
The company links the launch to the growth of the high-end holiday segment in Bali.
