The Ngurah Rai Airport immigration office in Badung reported that from September 1, 2025, the integrated application All Indonesia is used by an average of 80% of arriving passengers.
"The system's goal is to create a streamlined, transparent, and digital verification process," stated Ngurah Rai Immigration Office Head, Winarco.
All Indonesia integrates immigration, customs, health, and quarantine services for foreign and Indonesian travelers. What used to take time due to paperwork and queues can now be completed online in advance via the allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id website or the mobile app. Russian is not available yet; the available languages are Indonesian, English, and Chinese.
According to Bowo Pramoedito of Ngurah Rai Customs, most passengers input their data while still at the departure airport, but some do it upon arrival, including in the baggage claim area. He noted that airlines need to inform passengers more actively because, from October 1, 2025, using barcodes from the app will be mandatory at all international entry points to Indonesia (airports, seaports, and border crossings).
In August 2025, Ngurah Rai Airport handled 2.3 million passengers — 2.5% more than the previous year. Almost 1.5 million of them were international flights. On average, the airport handles 75,000 people per day, or about 3,100 per hour.
