The menu is different from the usual Japanese restaurants. Homemade Japanese cuisine from organic ingredients, they cook very tasty, many Japanese come. Some of the recipes are original, invented by the owner. There is a display stand where freshly prepared snacks and salads are displayed. Practical menu with photos. During the day, there is a lunch set for 95k, including several types of sushi and rolls, miso soup, sauces, Japanese pickles, and iced green tea. Traditional Japanese drinks include Genmai Cha iced green tea (the second cup is free) and herbal tea - 2 types of moringa/mint and black beans/burdock roots. Moringa tea is made from grass grown in their own garden, and you can buy this tea here. Prices + 10% tax.
What to try?
1. Signature Oshi Sushi sushi, unusual in appearance, looks like a layered pie.
2. Miso soup. Choose from moringa (Japanese superfood) or wakame seaweed. The best miso I've ever tried. This is not just a broth, but a hearty soup with tofu and herbs.
3. Chirashi Sushi, although the name contains sushi, there is no sushi in this dish. The hostess's signature recipe. And one of the most delicious! This is a bowl with Japanese rice, raw fish (tuna or salmon to choose from), wild shiitake mushrooms, Tobiko fish roe, vegetables, nori seaweed and Japanese omelet. 2 options - a large portion and half (small).
4. JaPasta - another signature recipe. Italian spaghetti in Japanese style: pollock roe, nori seaweed, sake and homemade mayonnaise. Spaghetti is served with a bowl of fresh green salad.
5. Homemade ice cream 2 types - with sour passion fruit and with matcha green tea.
