This is a stylish vegetarian restaurant with quality Italian cuisine and pizza from a wood-fired oven.
Atmosphere:
Dumbo is the “little brother” of the neighboring restaurant The Elephant, famous for its view and extensive vegetarian menu.
Dumbo's concept is fully vegetarian Italian cuisine of the highest quality.
Among the abundance of vegetarian and vegan hippie cafes, Dumbo is a great example of combining fully ethical cuisine, quality wine, stunning design and signature cocktails in one place. A perfect place for a beautiful dinner or a stylish lunch.
The design of the restaurant is a separate story: an amazing combination of designer tiles from Gaya Ceramics, stylish textiles, light wood, huge windows, brick and marble, designer lamps and handmade furniture.
The main “star” of the space is a huge wood-burning stove on the second floor of the establishment, decorated with shiny black tiles.
Vinyl records are put on here during the day, and a DJ often plays in the evening.
Cuisine:
Only fresh local ingredients, seasonal produce, olives, cheeses, pastas and sauces straight from Italy. Vegetables and fruits are bought from local farmers from Bedugul and Bratan, and overseas delicacies are “prescribed” from the best Italian suppliers.
In the backyard of the restaurant is its own mini garden, where fresh herbs and some vegetables grow: arugula, rosemary, lemongrass and others. So rest assured that your Pineapple Sage Martini is made with exceptionally fresh sage straight from the bed.
The menu features fresh and “warm” salads, such as Italian Panzanella with homemade croutons, tomatoes and capers, or sealed cauliflower with raisins and tahini.
There's fresh burrata with pepper jam.
For hot food, there is a pasta for every taste and color. There are pumpkin ravioli, fettuccine with mushrooms, pasta with ricotta....
And of course - pizza! The dough is on sourdough starter, it is kept for two days.
Unique recipes: along with the classic margarita there is vegan pizza with kale, pesto and pumpkin seeds, stromboli with tomato sambal and strachatella and pizza with walnuts, gorgonzolla and grapes.
The pizzas can be ordered after 4 p.m.
For dessert - raw food cakes, crème brûlée with berries and author's tiramisu.
Drinks:
The beverage list is equally excellent.
Great coffee - Dumbo will make you a great strong espresso or a delicate soy milk flytwite.
Good selection of teas from local producers.
Refreshing lemonades with strawberry or lemongrass.
From alcohol - Italian wine and author's cocktails, each of which is worthy of attention. From 17 to 19 cocktails are served with free appetizers.

What to try?
1.Roasted Cauliflour & onions - baked cauliflower with caramelized onions, lemons, raisins and tahini. The bomb!
2. Antipasto - a plate of everything delicious: crispy breadsticks, spinach baked mushrooms, vegetables from the oven, olives, homemade pickles and almond sauce.
3. Pizza! Where else will you try pizza with kale chips and cashew pesto?
4. author's cocktails - for example, apple margarita with lemongrass.
And, of course, homemade limoncello!
