Alchemy Bali

Type of place
The island's most famous vegan and raw food café!
LIKE: Almost everything here :)
- Spacious and free parking (on the left side of the main entrance). You can 'park' your dog - possibly the only place that takes care of dogs :))
- Design, people, atmosphere! This is not just a healthy café but a whole community of different people united by the idea of a healthy and conscious life.
- 'Alchemically' magical menu with a selection of vegan and raw dishes and healthy drinks (I'm not vegan or a raw foodist, but I adore them; I think Alchemy must be tried to expand one's culinary horizons. You won't leave hungry, portions are large :) They cook with quality and taste, the presentation is impressive! All dishes are cold except for Miso soup and Cannelloni. A good choice of coffee for vegans with coconut milk. Amazing raw desserts!
- Breakfasts from 7-18; salad bar from 11-21 (better come earlier for salads, the tastiest ones are eaten up by evening)
- Delivery in Ubud, minimum order 100k; delivery 10k. Can order by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp
- Products from our own garden in Jatiluwih, one of the island's most eco-friendly areas
- Cooking courses and workshops in our own alchemical school; you can learn professionally or just for fun
- Café shop, where you can buy farm products (from that very garden), organic cosmetics, stylish jewelry, various eco-design items. Branded cold-pressed juices with a 50% discount (in the fridge). Cooking book with recipes from alchemical chefs
- On the second floor, Holistic Center - not a spa, but professional therapy for soul and body. There is an unusual 'intuitive prediction' using special Oracle cards
- Stable Wi-Fi, but Skype is not allowed
- Lots of people, sometimes hard to find a free table, especially in the evening, and parking can get full :( Better to reserve a table
- 16% tax on prices
What to try?
1. Aloha Pizza - raw! pizza with pineapples, olives, mushrooms, and 'cashew cheese' on a tomato base with marinara sauce. It's super tasty!
2. Vietnamese spring rolls - veggie spring rolls (portion of 3 large rolls) with fresh veggie filling, wrapped in papaya roll! Very hearty peanut sauce. And very tasty!
3. California Maki Nori - raw Japanese set: rolls with papaya and 'rice' from cauliflower (portion of 10 rolls), and warm miso soup with 'noodles' from zucchini and mushrooms.
