Route around Ubud

If you live in Ubud, have seen a lot, and just want to explore the surroundings, we offer you a small route with beautiful views and delicious food nearby.

Starting our route and setting the first point!

📍Café RÜSTERS

A cozy place in the vicinity of Ubud with a pleasant atmosphere, delicious coffee, fresh pastries, and breakfasts. You can take it to go or sit at the table overlooking the rice fields.

Near the cafe there is a little shop,and there are also daily pottery art classes from 9 am to 5 pm.

📍Former hotel Michi Retreat Village

A hidden gem of Ubud!

It used to be a hotel in a Greek style.

Now it is a secluded half-abandoned space where you can wander around and take interesting photos.

The place has its own charm, suitable for cool photoshoots.

Entrance: donation ~ 25k

Setting the next point Penestanan​ stairs and heading further north on Jalan Katik Lantang.

📍Sayan area and varan canyon

Then you can take a walk in the western part of Ubud.

There is a street, one of the few where no bikes go. If you go inside, you can find a lot of interesting things.

If you go up the Penestanan​ stairs and go towards the Yellow Flower cafe, there is a painting gallery where you can go for free.

You can also walk to the Varan Canyon, at the bottom of the river you will see interesting sculptures in the rocks - River Carvings.

After the walk, return to the bike and move further north.

📍On the way, you can stop by Keliki Coffee.

From this cozy coffee shop, you can see the jungle valley covered with greenery.

On the way from Keliki to the next point, you will be led by a winding road, so be careful! But you will see many breathtaking panoramas of Ubud.

📍Huma by goldenmine restaurant

A cafe with a beautiful view surrounded by rice fields.

You can stop here for dinner, watch the local farmers work, and admire the sunset over the fields.
