The construction of the Kerthi Bali Semesta (KBS Park) in Jembrana has entered an active phase. As part of the Jagat Kerthi Bali program, work is underway on access infrastructure and transport hubs for convenient access to the park.

More than 20% of the preparatory work on the Gilimanuk-Mengwi toll road has been completed. The road will connect the western part of the island with Bali’s tourist areas. Along the route, there will be rest areas, viewpoints, and pavilions with stories about Balinese mythology.
KBS Park is being created in partnership with Paramount Pictures and PT Kios Ria Kreas (KIOS). The concept combines Hollywood franchises with local narratives: one part features Nickelodeon characters, while the other offers immersive attractions based on legends of Barong and Rangda.
Special attention is being paid to ecology: solar energy, water recycling, and electric transport. Part of the area will be designated as "green" zones with rare species of plants and animals.

An educational center with workshops on crafts, dance, and music will be established at the park. The aim is not only entertainment but also cultural education.
According to the forecasts from the Ministry of Tourism, after opening, Jembrana will be able to host up to 5 million visitors a year. Around 25,000 new jobs are expected—ranging from service to environmental management. Additionally, two hotel complexes, a golf course, a sports academy, and a new promenade in Gilimanuk to connect Bali and Java are planned.

Jembrana Governor Kembang Hartawan called Kerthi Bali Semesta a symbol of a new economy that combines tradition and innovation. "We want Jembrana to become an example of sustainable development."
