The man removed the official restriction tape used by city inspectors to mark sites where work is prohibited. There was an order to suspend activities at the site, which was under the control of the inspectors.
This concerns the former Ocean Blue site (Ocean Blue / Ocean Pool Blue Villa 1 and 2) in Bukit. The site attracted the attention of inspectors due to land preparation activities and reports of limestone excavation and relocation, which led to a prior demand to stop construction and the installation of a barrier.
The violator attempted to bypass the ban and continue work. He admitted to removing the barrier in several places.
Following the municipal police's report, the case was handed over to immigration. The Immigration Office annulled the foreigner's family KITAS and processed deportation with a ban on re-entry.
