This lovely park in eastern Bali, in the Karangasem province, is situated almost on the slope of Mount Agung.
If you're traveling there from Amed, you can take a detour to a beautiful viewpoint along the way. Here is a view from there (all the photos in the post are clickable for enlargement):
Turning off the main road towards Mount Agung, you'll encounter another very cool viewpoint here.
The road, in general, is in decent condition.
The entrance to Rumah Pohon Park costs 10,000 rupiahs. There is an inexpensive warung (small restaurant) in the park.
Various trees and plants are planted here, chickens roam around, there is a monkey, and cute dogs too. Everything is well-maintained with cozy gazebos. Indonesian tourists with children often come here. In a year or two, when the planted trees grow, it will be even better! Overall, it's a pleasant place with a good view!
