The restaurant is known for its chicken ramen with an 8-hour cooked broth, there are also many ramen options available, made with carefully selected ingredients that are 100% locally sourced.
Worth trying is the Fire Miso Ramen, a bowl of hot thick chicken broth mixed with miso and chili paste, and with freshly made noodles that will satisfy even the most discerning palate. For beef broth lovers, there's this mouthwatering Shoyu beef ramen and Gyu truffle ramen, or check out the special new addition to the menu, Gyukotsu ramen.
Meanwhile, there is also an option for vegans as they also serve a plant-based mushroom miso soup, a ramen plate with tofu, mushrooms and herbs.
The restaurant also offers other Japanese delicacies such as Soya Butter Steak, a super juicy steak complemented with potato salad that gives a perfectly balanced flavor, Karaage Nanban Chicken, Saikoro Beef Steak as well as bento and rice bowls galore.
You can also try a variety of sweets, especially the Biscoff Cheesecake Brûlée, which has become a hit due to its creamy texture, the creamy, silky Matcha Panna Cotta or the Matcha Anmitsu, which includes matcha ice cream, mochi, strawberry and jelly in one bowl.
