A very pleasant and hearty place for lovers of Japanese cuisine. The owner of the restaurant is Japanese, and he is also a chef at the same time. For a long time he lived and worked in New Zealand, and came to the conclusion that it is better to adapt Japanese cuisine for Europeans. That's why besides classical sushi and sashimi there are seviche, cordon bleu, Greek salad and many other interesting things in the menu. But sushi itself is closer to classical Japanese, so there are no rolls Philadelphia and California, but without them there is something to try!
By the way, the fact that the owner of the restaurant is Japanese can be seen at once by the interior - everything is very laconic, minimalistic and just perfectly clean. Even the toilet is so clean and beautiful that it seems as if you are in an expensive 5-star hotel.
The atmosphere in the restaurant is very peaceful, it is quite quiet, even though the restaurant is located near the road. There is a lot of greenery, air and space. The tables are quite far away from each other, which allows you to relax and enjoy your dinner as much as possible.
The food in the restaurant is of course super fresh and very tasty. The owner of the restaurant reverently approaches to the choice of ingredients. Sashimi just melts in your mouth! You should definitely try Ceviche - it is unreal delicious. Poke salad is also a favorite - it's a real delight. Sushi rolls are big enough, it is made from the calculation that there are a lot of surfers in this area, and they in turn eat a lot ).
The menu is quite varied, so everyone will be able to find something to their taste. There are special sections for vegetarians and those who do not eat gluten. From the pluses we can still note inexpensive alcoholic drinks - real New Zealand wine and local beer at very nice prices.
