The upper part of the temple is located at a significant altitude. Along the way, you can encounter several temples and enjoy views of Mount Agung and the sea.
Monkeys are often seen along the road, so it's better not to leave your vehicle at the bottom but to move up higher.
The landscapes here are stunning, and many foreign tourists visit this temple just to take pictures at the phenomenal gates.
