If Julia Roberts in the infamous movie “Eat Pray Love” was enjoying pizza in Bali instead of Naples, it would be pizza from Nusa Dua Pizza. And I had a love affair with my pizza, from the first bite! Delicious, just out of the oven, authentic Neapolitan pizza in Bali.
I was lucky enough to witness the process of “birth” of my pizza. Watching it, one question was in my head: how do you guys do it? It turned out to be simple and quick, the process only takes a few minutes. The secret of success of proper Neapolitan pizza - thin crispy dough, toppings from quality products (yes, yes, Italian cheese from Italy), real wood-fired oven - pizza napolitana is cooked only on wood in a special oven. By the way, the excellent smelling bread is baked there daily and you can buy it for only 20k!
The owner of the best pizzeria in Bali is an open and friendly Frenchman who learned to make his magic pizza in Naples - his soul and charisma. And also the eyes and ears that scrupulously monitor the cleanliness of the place, the quality of products and preparation, and the service. All staff in the kitchen uses special overalls and gloves for hands. European standard, without variants. It is strange and funny, but in Bali, about the place, you can judge by the toilet room, sorry, for such intimate details. Vegetarians, too, are not offended:) And if you want to add some ingredients to your dish, everything is easy, just ask. We have our own delivery service, with a special pizza box - mmmmm will come to you hot, in most areas on Bukit. Delivery to other neighborhoods is available by special order (from 10 pizzas).
The ambiance is simple, hearty, and noisy as an Italian pizzeria should be. No dress code! Prices are happy, taxa only + 5%, just for the service.

What to try?
1. Smoked marlin salad - salad of smoked marlin, tomatoes, onions with homemade dressing of olive oil, balsamic, salt and pepper. Served with 2 slices of fresh bread.
2. Pasto gorgonzola - pasta with 2 kinds of Italian cheese: gorgonzola and parmesan. Choice of pasta: spaghetti, fettuccini, or penne.
3. Extravaganza pizza: tomato sauce, cheese, ham, bacon, onions, paprika, mushrooms, artichokes, olives, oregano.
And in general, all the pizza is delicious, take your pick! The size of any pizza is Large, cut into 8 slices. Be sure to try the spicy dressing made from olive oil and pepper, brought in a bottle on the table.
