Korean-Japanese fusion in the heart of Seminyak. Stylish, delicious, atmospheric!
Very atmospheric, cozy and nice Ling Lings Korean-Japanese fusion restaurant in the heart of Seminyak. Interesting design, delicious food and a great selection of cocktails - the perfect combination for a perfect evening. Plus, the restaurant doesn't close until after midnight!
The menu is very varied and quite original. You can find everything from classic Japanese Nigiri to improvisational Cheesburgeer Spring Rolls. And everything is really very tasty. By the way, I recommend fans of rolls to try Atlantic Roll - you won't regret it! Drinks are also on top. Fans of Kombucha should try it for sure, it is obscenely good here. Smoothies and natural juices were also pleasant. I dare to assume that the alcoholic list here is also quite decent.
There is no air conditioner here, unfortunately, but the ventilation is good, so it is not hot, and in the evening it is pleasant. Plus in the evenings a million lights are lit up here and it becomes even more nice and beautiful.
Design of the restaurant certainly deserves special attention. Everything is very stylish, moderately cute and humorous ) This is the place where you want to consider every detail. Stylization is at the level - everything is thought out to the smallest detail.
Service, by the way, is also very and very decent. They cook quickly, waiters are quite fast and understand everything well, and for Bali this is a big plus. This restaurant has become one of my personal favorites and I am happy to recommend it to you. A really nice place with delicious Japanese-Korean style food.
What to try?
The Atlantic Roll is really delicious! Tender fresh salmon and cream cheese - a real classic of "Europeanized" sushi. By the way, the portion is big enough, which is doubly pleasant.
Eggplant Schnitzel - small, but quite hearty and tasty vegetarian dish, though not quite healthy, because eggplant is baked in a good batter).
Atlantic Salmon Nigiri - classic nigiri with tender salmon. Delicious!
Cheeseburger Spring Roll - very unexpected but very tasty dish. It's basically a cheeseburger filling in a springroll. It's weird, but delicious. But if you don't like fatty foods, it's best not to try it
The Bali Ceviche is a beautiful tuna and salmon ceviche. The only thing is, if you have a date, it's better to order it with a lot of onions. It's pickled and very tasty, hard to resist.
Fried Wonton Tacos - Fresh tuna, salmon and kingfish tacos. Yummy!
