The restaurant is located within the villa complex and is open to the public.
It's not worth going specifically, only if you're in the neighborhood and looking for a normal place to eat, not a warung. The place is clean and not too many people.
There are inexpensive complex breakfasts: continental (juice/ pastries/ tea, coffee, hot chocolate), American (juice/ pastries/ omelet/ tea, coffee, hot chocolate), Indonesian (juice/ porridge with chicken/ nasi goreng/ tea or coffee). The menu is standard, mostly Indonesian food. Fun for kids - there is an open kitchen with a window, and if you put up a chair, you can peek through the window as the food is being prepared. Taxes + 21%.
