Shopping is anchored by the SOGO department store, with surf and fashion brand outlets such as Billabong and Quiksilver, plus Polo, Lacoste, Puma and Uluwatu, jewelry stores, several spas and beauty salons, the Sensatia cosmetics shop, souvenir shops, the Uncle Jo Gourmet convenience store, a Guardian pharmacy and money changers. There are also restaurants for every taste and budget, including Starbucks. A complimentary shuttle bus connects Bali Collection to major hotels and resorts in the Nusa Dua area, serving 34 hotels. The complex is geared towards tourists, so prices are above average.
Dining options include The Royal Kitchen, an authentic Indian restaurant, plus Nusa by Suka, Acala Bistro and Starbucks, alongside Uno Italian Restaurant, Tenji Sushi, OMMASON Korean Restaurant, Jardor French Restaurant and OIA Greek Mediterranean.
The complex spans eight hectares of landscaped open space five minutes from Nusa Dua Beach and 20 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport. Spacious and secure parking areas for cars and motorcycles are located near all entrances.
Cultural performances are held regularly: Balinese dance, rindik bamboo music and a Kecak fire dance, with the current schedule published on the official site.
