My personal recommendation, the second point among the Eden network, and although it is more distant for me, I start my bike and go there.
Hookah masters - there is a big team of Russian-speaking hookah masters, especially Ivan and Nikolay, who not only have a good hookah and can catch your taste needs, but with them it is always nice to start a dialog, this is an example of just the same, when you go to people, not just in the place.
Tobacco - a wide choice of all possible excise tobaccos, plus the guys produce their own tobacco, of course I was always suspicious, but they always have a hookah on the bar to try with their tobacco - and I, as an experienced smoker can say - at the level.
The team - I'm happy and all the local team there, although the Balinese in the base firmware are all cordial, but here at all never once caught, some odor of conflict or misunderstanding.
Interior - bright interior, very warm light on the 2nd floor, always very pleasant to be, there are both tables to work and sofas for company.
Kitchen - oh my Balinese gods, a lot of people, including me, go here just to eat - because the menu is amazing and the food is delicious. My individual recommendations: Salmon salad, salmon pancakes, Tom Yum.
Parking - yes and about it here, because for me the high, begins when I drive up, because already in the parking lot everything is beautiful and the team of parking lot attendants friendly greet you with smiles, always happy that there is already a bunch of cute bikes.
Discounts - for those who like to work all day and companies 3 hookahs for the price of 2, and also, there is a discount and savings system. Also there are promotions 3 for the price of 2 for alcohol.
These are the main pluses, so here in the evenings there is a DJ and live music, but since the rating is mine - for me it is not a plus, not music I come to listen. Also there is a whole list of board games. And someone can strain the amount of space between the tables.

The newest of the hookah lounges to open in Ubud. There are three floors available, on the plus side:
Hookah masters - hookah masters who can satisfy your most exquisite desires, such as mine, when I need to smoke tobacco, with a mix, not bright flavors, so that it smokes to the maximum, and was not heavy to the throat, I scored hookah Igor - top guy, it's nice to just talk to him.
Tea Ceremonies is the only hookah chain that has tea masters who can guide you through a ceremony of a wide range of Chinese teas and tell you about the different types of Puers, as a tea drinker I found this aspect very appealing as there are few places in Bali where you can satisfy your tea tastes.
Kitchen - you can get here, just to eat - as soups from which top tomato and tom yam for me and the whole line with salmon, so here still in the kitchen put an Italian oven for making pizzas.
Conference room in hookah lounge - yes, there is a separate space for your events: presentations, master-minds, business breakfasts, where you can put hookahs and provide all the menu.
Separate VIP room - if you want to watch a movie with a big company or UFC or soccer match, there is a big TV in the room, and for this room especially for luxury lovers there are two hookahs, one of which is lined with gold and the other with swarovski crystals.
The space - there is an insane amount of it, on the third floor for those who like to sit without air conditioning in a nice bright light, and the remaining two floors - can satisfy both introverts who like to sit in a corner and separate from all other people, and for those who want to sit overlooking mango trees or a specially designed waterfall from the windows.
