The service operates five times a week — on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
The first flight from Taipei landed at Ngurah Rai International Airport on October 1. Flight JX765 departs Taipei Taoyuan International Airport at 10:10 and arrives in Bali at 15:40. The return flight, JX766, leaves Bali at 17:20 and arrives in Taipei at 22:50. The journey takes around five and a half hours, and Bali and Taiwan are in the same time zone.

The route is operated with an Airbus A321neo configured with 188 seats. The inaugural flight carried 188 passengers from Taipei to Bali, with the same number traveling on the return service.
Starlux is the third airline to operate direct flights between Bali and Taipei, joining China Airlines and EVA Air. Round-trip economy fares with Starlux start at around IDR 6.5 million for late October and IDR 6.3 million for January 2027.
Travelers should check Taiwan’s current entry requirements based on their nationality before booking. Passengers transiting through Taipei without leaving the airport’s international transit area generally do not need to enter Taiwan.
Travel between Taiwan and Indonesia has been growing. From January to July 2026, travelers from Taiwan made 130,400 visits to Indonesia, an increase of 7.7% compared with the same period in 2025. Starlux previously expanded its Indonesian network with the launch of Taipei–Jakarta flights in 2024.
Ngurah Rai International Airport currently connects Bali with 43 international destinations served by 45 airlines.
