How to get a visa to China in Bali

Great news for those wishing to obtain a tourist visa to China! There is a Chinese visa center operating in Bali, issuing tourist and business visas. You can obtain a tourist visa to China even if you don't have an Indonesian work visa.
The center is located in Sanur at the Grang Palace Hotel. You don't need to enter the hotel; the visa center is on the right side of the building on the first floor, with the entrance from the street marked with a sign indicating the working hours.
Document submission is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 15:00. Passport collection with visas is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 16:00.
Processing of applications and visa preparation takes 10 working days. Please note that if there are any holidays among the days, they are not counted. Only working days!
The tourist visa is designated as type L and can be single or double entry. The single entry visa is valid for 30 days and is valid for 3 months. The double entry visa is valid for the same period but is valid for up to 6 months.
The single entry visa costs 540,000 Indonesian rupiahs and the double entry visa costs 690,000 Indonesian rupiahs.
To apply for a tourist visa type L, you need to provide:
1) Air tickets to and from China.
2) Hotel reservation for at least 1 day from the day of arrival.
3) 2 photographs. The photo requirements are quite strict:
- photo size 3.3 x 4.8 centimeters
- white background
- no jewelry or accessories in the photo (even glasses)
- ears should be visible (remove hair from behind the ears)
- dark shirt
- face, neck, and shoulders should occupy approximately 80% of the space
4) Photocopy of the main page of the passport, Indonesian visa, stamp of crossing the Indonesian border.
5) Original passport valid for at least another 6 months with more than 2 blank pages.
6) Completed application form. The application (in English) includes personal data, place of residence in Bali, Indonesian phone number, emergency contacts, purpose of visit, travel itinerary in China in chronological order, who is paying for the trip to China, information about countries visited in the last 12 months. The application is printed and filled out by hand.
7) Money (for single entry visa - 540,000 rupiahs and for double entry - 690,000 rupiahs).
The visa center employs a very pleasant Indonesian staff member who speaks English and explains everything very well. Business visas are also issued, but to obtain them, you need an invitation from the company.
