In the other direction, the timetable also shows two flights: EK368 arriving in Bali at 16:30 on an Airbus A380 and EK398 arriving at 22:20 on a Boeing 777. The airline says it is currently operating 14 flights a week between Dubai and Bali.
Services began resuming after a disruption at the end of February. Ngurah Rai Airport said the first Emirates flight after the pause—EK369—departed Denpasar on 5 March at 00:42. It was the aircraft that had remained in Bali since 28 February. On 6 March, the airport also received the first return flight, EK368 from Dubai, which landed at 16:30.
Emirates also says flights out of Dubai have not yet fully returned to normal and the airline is operating a reduced schedule. Passengers are advised not to go to the airport without a confirmed booking, and those connecting through Dubai should check in advance whether the next leg is operating.
According to the airport, since 28 February 64 international flights have been cancelled: 34 departures and 30 arrivals. This affected Emirates, Qatar Airways and Etihad flights. Ngurah Rai Immigration introduced emergency measures for foreigners whose flights were cancelled due to force majeure. A stay permit for unavoidable circumstances can be issued on the same day; the overstay fine in such cases is stated as IDR 0.
