The awards were presented by Senator Irman Gusman, and Ida Ayu Devi Chitravati, Secretary of the Tourism Office, accepted them on behalf of Denpasar. The head of the agency, Ni Luh Putu Riyastiti, noted that the awards reflect real achievements and serve as an inspiration to keep moving forward. According to her, factors considered included economic growth, tourism sustainability, and the preservation of cultural harmony.
For Denpasar, it is both recognition of success and a motivation to keep developing. Authorities, businesses, and residents work together to make it modern and convenient for tourists.
The development of the city is based on respect for traditions, care for the environment, and the use of innovative solutions. Today, Denpasar emerges not only as a tourist center but also as a city where tourism is developed responsibly and thoughtfully.
