Cons:
- Across the street, there is a local karaoke bar, which can be very noisy from sunset until late at night. This guesthouse is suitable for those who don't plan to stay at home in the evenings and prefer going out. Earplugs might be useful.
- Very weak internet, but Telkomsel and Tri 3G networks have good coverage;
- The road from the Sunset Road turn to the guesthouse is in poor condition.

Very clean rooms with two small windows; there are no balconies, but it doesn't bother. There is a refrigerator, a kettle, disposable toothbrushes, and so on. The hotel has an excellent budget spa. There is a swimming pool.
- There are few sunbeds by the pool. There is a lot of noise from the road near the hotel. Breakfast takes about 25-30 minutes to wait. Cleaning quality is not very good.

- The electrical system is weak and cannot support the electric kettle and air conditioner simultaneously. It's either one or the other. To resolve this, you have to go to the gallery and switch the electrical system back on. The air conditioner is directed towards the sleeping person, which may cause discomfort.

The room has a desk, unlike many guesthouses we've seen before. There is a large parking lot on the guesthouse's premises, and on the second floor, you can sit at a very cozy table and enjoy the view of nature right from the balcony. The guesthouse has a kitchen that you can use at any time of the day and night, and a water cooler with hot and cold water. The owner is a very cultured and polite person, speaks English, and made a contract with us upon check-in.
