Best Scuba Diving Sites in Nusa Lembongan

Of course, if you come to Lembongan for scuba diving, it's not necessary that your dives will take place specifically around this island. Very often, divers are taken to dive sites around Nusa Penida, where you can find mantas, mola-mola, and many more diverse dive spots. There are not as many dive sites around Lembongan itself.
1. Mangrove
This site will be appreciated by drift diving enthusiasts. Staying at a depth of 7-15 meters, you can glide over the corals.
You can reach this site in 10 minutes by boat from Jungut Batu Beach.

The site features both hard and soft corals, with sandy corridors weaving between the corals.

2. Blue Corner
This site is known for its large marine life and is exclusively suitable for experienced divers due to strong currents, including both upwellings and downwellings.
You can reach this site in just 5 minutes by boat.
The site is home to bamboo sharks, white-tip sharks, nurse sharks, mola-mola (sunfish), and marble rays. Sometimes, dolphin pods pass by.
At a depth of 5 meters, you can find stunning corals, while at greater depths, there are rocky terraces.
Even at a depth of 5 meters, there is plenty to see, but the larger inhabitants are typically found at around 40 meters.
The site's specificity lies in drift diving, where currents can be horizontal, vertical, diagonal, and strong.
3. Pontoon
The most interesting features at this site are found at depths ranging from 4 to 10 meters. There's a wide variety of activities to enjoy here! You can admire the corals, engage in macro photography, wander among floating pontoons, take photos with statues of Hindu gods standing on the sandy bottom, and more.
You can reach this site by boat in just 5 minutes from the beach.
At the site, you can encounter porcupine fish, blue spotted stingrays, angel fish, butterfly fish, banner fish, sea snakes, moray eels, various crab species, shrimp, and nudibranchs.
All the most fascinating aspects of the site are located at depths between 4 and 10 meters.
This site is perfect for beginners, conducting training courses, practicing buoyancy skills, night dives, freediving, and snorkeling.
