Join us every Sunday at Udara for a vibrant celebration of life, welcoming all enthusiasts of Yoga, Ecstatic Dance, and Sound Healing. Experience uplifting moments and positive energy in our community! Please note that spots for the 9:15 AM classes are limited. Arrive on time to secure your mat before the meditation begins at 9:00 AM, as it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The entrance fee of 250K per person covers all Sunday morning classes: Schedule : -9:00 AM - 9:15 AM: Gong & Ra Ma Da Sa Meditation -9:15 AM - 10:30 AM: Breathwork of Ascension by Krishna White -9:15 AM - 10:30 AM: Vinyasa Yoga by Bella -10:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Ecstatic Dance by Ritual Frequencies (Awakened Dreamers) -12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Sound Healing Journey -1:00 PM - 1:30 PM: Celebration of Life -10:30 AM - 2:30 PM: Enjoy a Wellness Brunch at the Organic Ocean Restaurant for 100K per person, featuring a variety of vegetarian and vegan options. -8:00 AM - 9:00 PM: Spa facilities are available for 350K, including a sauna, steam room, and warm and cold pools.
