Daily Routine:
The daily routine at the ashram includes morning and evening satsang sessions, which feature meditation & chanting session. Additionally, there are morning and afternoon yoga classes, along with an afternoon program. This schedule allows ample free time for rest or socializing with like-minded guests.
Guests enjoy nutritious Farm to Table vegetarian meals each day and are encouraged to participate in karma yoga by helping around the farm for an hour daily. The first path of the Four Paths of Yoga, Karma Yoga is the foundation on which all yoga practice is based. Our daily 3:30pm workshop/lecture takes you into the deeper practices of yoga, explaining the theory, philosophy and psychology behind them that will serve to enhance your practice and expand the mind. It’s a journey towards establishing a foundation for a life filled with peace and happiness.
Participants in the Yoga Vacation are invited to follow the Ashram’s Daily Schedule, which offers ample opportunities for socializing, learning, and relaxation. But you’re welcome to engage as much or as little as you like. To make the most of your stay and enhance the community experience, all guests are encouraged to attend morning and evening satsang and both daily yoga classes.
