YUKI is led by aspiring restaurateur Agung Rai, who has assembled a hospitality dream team to take the reins of the YUKI concept. At the forefront is Dewa Wahyu Bintara, founder of Bali's newest hotel management brand, Pulau Projects. Joining him are Bali's vegan cuisine veteran Dom Hammond and Pulau Project's chef Yudha Permana, who together shape the menu and its experimental direction.
The kitchen is complemented by a harmonious drink menu crafted by YUKI's head mixologist Agung Windu, the creative mind behind YUKI's signature cocktails. The YUKI team is enhanced by wabi-sabi style designs from Kōsame, a furniture brand specializing in natural, minimalist interiors.
