At Sangsaka, they serve creative interpretations of traditional Indonesian dishes using the best seasonal and local ingredients from across the archipelago. Such as - jukut undis (local lentils), nasi jagung (a type of ground corn), kenari (local almonds), andaliman (lemon pepper), kemangi (local basil), taro (Indonesian plant), fern tips, curry leaves, kencur.
The menu changes weekly depending on the products and ingredients available on the market. There are starters and main courses. If you don't know what to choose, go for the 'Tasting Menu' of nine courses. Having been to this place multiple times, I chose my favorite Pangsit Laksa - (clam bisque with dumplings filled with shrimp and scallops). It's simply mind-blowing!
