Muscle Beach Club has impressive equipment and excellent trainers. The gym has a full and well-maintained inventory for various exercises, such as kettlebells, yoga mats, foam rollers, different types of bars, dumbbells, and much more. A new room with a cardio zone and a boxing area has been opened in the backyard. Both areas are air-conditioned. Separate locker rooms with showers and storage lockers are located to the right of this hall.
For women, there is a room for Pole Dance classes (rental fee 250K, booking in advance), or they can do yoga or stretching - it's free if the room is available. There is one issue, the air conditioners in this room are not sufficient (it gets very hot).
There is also an outdoor area with crossfit equipment and a decent pool.
On-site cafe offers fresh coconuts, various healthy drinks, and different types of protein, casein, and snacks.
The premises include a steam room, ice bath, jacuzzi, and shower.
The cost of a one-time visit is 270K (you get the second day as a bonus), and a monthly pass is 900K - offers valid until the end of July 2024.
