The mountainous region of Kintamani and the sacred Mount Batur are among the most powerful and peaceful places in Bali.

It's easy to slow down here, reset, and see the island from a different perspective. We've put together an itinerary so that in two days you can experience a small adventure without rush or long trips.
You will hike up Batur with the sunrise at the summit of an active volcano. After the trek, relax in the hot springs: the water in the pools is heated by the volcano itself, offering exactly what you need after an early morning ascent.

You'll learn about the unique culture of the ancient Bali Aga people and visit the mystical village of Trunyan. You can only reach it by boat across the lake with a local guide, and the journey is an adventure in itself: clouds roll down from the peaks into the water, creating magical landscapes.
A special bonus is the photo spots. You'll visit one of the island's most 'Instagrammable' locations—Alas Harum Bali landscape park, where rice terraces, jungles, and panoramic views create perfect shots.

The overnight stay is organized in a cozy hotel near the start of the trek, so you won't have to wake up in the middle of the night and travel across the island—a full rest before the hike is guaranteed.
Two days—a maximum of impressions without fuss: volcano, lake, hot springs, sacred places, and the vibrant traditions of Bali.
