Everyone flying into Indonesia from abroad, including to Bali, uses this website and the app of the same name to fill in the arrival card.
Whoosh has linked Jakarta and Bandung since 2023, and the journey takes less than an hour. Links to the train and the airline are grouped on the home page in the “Explore Indonesia” section. Tapping Whoosh opens the official website, where tickets are sold.

The train was added to All Indonesia under an agreement between Indonesia’s immigration service and the company that operates the line. In the same document, the two sides agreed to share passenger data for the supervision of foreign nationals.
From Whoosh’s launch through August 2026, foreign nationals made 944 thousand trips on it, and by October more than 29 million people had used All Indonesia.
You can have Legal Indonesia fill in the arrival card for you.
