Silent Disco Asia is heading to Bali! Three silent parties will take place on the stunning open terrace of Woobar.
Founded in Singapore in 2016, Silent Disco Asia quickly established itself as the largest and most successful organizer of silent discos in the region.
The first silent party will be held on Friday, August 16th. The main event will feature the founder and lead DJ of Silent Disco Asia, Frank Cooding, also known as Kid Fiesta, who will fly in from London to headline the party. His music will be available on the blue channel of the special headphones provided to all party guests.
The following events will take place at Woobar on September 13th and October 19th.
What is Silent Disco?
Silent Disco is a party where instead of loudspeakers, wireless headphones with three different music channels are used. You can switch between channels and choose music from different DJs: rock on one channel, EDM on another, and pop on the third. This allows you to decide what to dance and sing along to. It creates a fascinating spectacle as dancers change the color of their headphones, turning the dance floor into a vibrant light show.
EDM lovers are recommended to tune in to the red channel; classic rock hits can be heard on the green, and top-40 pop hits will play on the blue channel.
As the main DJ of the event, Cooding also ensures that the playlists are perfectly tailored for a great time on any channel you choose.
The sound quality is set up so that you feel like you’re in a nightclub with surround sound, but with complete control over what music to dance to. You can adjust the volume and switch channels, but unlike a regular nightclub, there’s no need to shout over the music; simply take off your headphones and chat normally.
Silent Disco Asia has collaborated with major brands like Disney, Google, and Veuve Clicquot. They also organize some of the most popular night parties in Singapore, regularly hosting events at the famous Marina Bay Sands observation deck.
