Nothing can stop us! How does CargoIndonesiaGroup handle complex tasks?

Another case that proves - there is almost nothing impossible for our team. Even where delivery seems inaccessible at first glance, we find a way to fully satisfy the client's request.

The Challenge:

Our partners in one of the countries faced a problem - they lost the ability to deliver high-class foreign equipment to their clients. However, they could not just give up the partnership, so they looked for a way to solve this issue. That's where we came in.
For 10 years, our partners had been working with a large oil company, supplying powerful diesel generators from one of the Western countries. These are very high-quality and expensive power stations, but now the official supplies have been stopped, so it’s impossible to purchase them in our client's country.
Then our partner decided to resolve this issue by going through a third country, and they turned to us. As an Indonesian company, we were to purchase the necessary equipment and transfer it to the client's country. Of course, all the financial transactions had to be official and legal.

Our Solution:

Step 1:
Receiving the money
We signed a contract with the oil company, through which we received the amount necessary to purchase the equipment. The transfer was made in Chinese yuan, and the money was credited to our official account in Indonesia.
Step 2:
Purchasing the equipment
We contacted a Western company that manufactures those very diesel generators and placed an order to purchase several generators.
Experts from the manufacturing company reviewed all the necessary information about our company, visited our website, and issued us an invoice (a bill for payment of goods). By that time, the money was already in our account, so we signed the contract and paid the required amount.
Step 3:
Manufacturing the equipment
The simplest month from our team's perspective was waiting. The generators had to be custom-made in the configuration we needed. The only concern at that time was meeting the deadlines. However, we understood that we were on schedule - the client allowed 2 months for delivery and accounted for 1-2 months needed to manufacture the equipment.
Step 4:
Delivery
When the generators were ready, we arranged for their delivery via a Turkish port, and when the truck arriving from the Western country was in place, the cargo was redirected to the client's country's port city. In the final port, the power stations underwent customs control, after which they were handed over to the client.

The Result:

Despite the need to go through many stages to solve this case, we succeeded. It was a complex scheme, but we met the deadlines and the budget that was agreed upon in advance, as a result of which the client received the necessary cargo on time and without additional payments.
We once again confirmed our status as a reliable supplier who can deliver high-tech cargo even in difficult situations. We continue to work with this client on other orders and can guarantee that we will also handle your task successfully.
In addition to delivery through intermediary countries, we also have the capability to conduct air transport through third countries that are part of the Customs Union.
