The Lotus Pond area will feature an exhibition, concerts, workshops and a bazaar. Admission is free this year, so you don't need to buy a ticket.
Penjors are tall bamboo poles decorated with coconut leaves and fruit. Balinese people put them up outside their homes for Galungan. The holiday will next be celebrated on 13 January.
A ticket is required for other areas of the park, including Festival Park and the statue. On the GWK website, a regular ticket costs 150,000 IDR.

According to the programme, there are concerts every evening: local music schools and groups perform at 18:30, followed by Balinese musicians at 20:00.
A penjor-making workshop will take place on 5 November from 15:00 to 17:00, and a batik workshop on 6 November from 16:00 to 17:00. Balinese script writing on lontar, or palm leaves, is taught on all four days from 15:00 to 21:00.
On 8 November, from 8:00 to 16:30, dancers from Ungasan communities and from all over Bali will compete. The food, decorations and handicrafts at the bazaar are sold by local producers.
